WELCOME

We are a group of three students from Maria Regina College, Girls' Secondary School, Mosta. We are investigating the differences in the nutritional value of foreign and local fruit and vegetables. The aim of this project is to test for Vitamin C, sugars, pH and other factors in fruits and vegetables and determine the differences between the local and foreign produce.

This is a small overview of our project and all the work it involves

Here you will find the methods we employed in order to carry out our project

The blog will keep you updated with all we do in the project

TESTIMONIALS

“These students are working very hard to produce a project of high standards. They attend regulaly during breaks and are always eager to make the necessary research and work in the laboratory.”

Mr. D. Borg, Chemistry Teacher

It was a great pleasure to me when Mr. Daniel Borg, Chemistry Teacher, came up with the idea to participate in the Science Expo involving some of our students. It appears that the project is well underway, and is stimulating much interest and enthusiasm.

Congratulations and my appreciation to all for taking up this challenge

Ms. Lina Deguara, Head of School
